When the PC Remote Access Service is complete and services are to your satisfaction then Helping Hand Services will not have any future access to your computer unless you authorize another remote session. While we explore and repair your computer we preserve your privacy of folders and documents relating to your personal needs. You are in full control of what needs to be repaired at all times!
